This 45cm / 18″ Dumbbell bar from York is perfect for when you need to add more weight to your workout – as it holds more than the 14″ bar that more commonly comes with dumbbell sets.



The bar is of chrome coated solid steel construction and is heavy duty – perfectly able to hold any weights that you attach to it. The bar features a fixed inner collar so that the weights will not crush your hand when performing exercises.
It will also require separate spring collars to attach your weight discs to the bar. A selection of these are also included below so that you can order them at the same time.
